JOURNAL 5

Assalamualaikum Wr.Wb
Back again on my blog. I hope all of you are well.

Well, at this meeting, we held a virtual meeting through the Teams application. We are familiar with this one online learning application. At this meeting, Miss Novy gave material from several slides on the screen, then divided us into several rooms and asked us to discuss among others who were in the same room.

Then proceed with the task in Syam Ok, which is about the content of the topic of a discussion. Topic is the main core of the overall content of the writing to be conveyed.

Maybe this is all I can say
Thank you and see you on my next blog

JOURNAL 4

Assalamualaikum Wr.Wb
Back again on my blog. Now at this meeting the lecturer in this course informed us about an application called OneNote.

Our lecturer held a virtual meeting as usual in Microsoft Teams, there our lecturer introduced us to Microsoft OneNote even though at first I was very confused how to use it but our lecturer taught us how to use it so we understand how to use Microsoft OneNote.

Where OneNote itself is an application from Microsoft that has the function to take notes, images, audio comments and more. I think this application is very good because we can edit wrong answers and also this application does not have a time limit so that its users more relaxed in using search for answers.

Maybe this is all I can say
Thank you and see you on my next blog

JOURNAL 3

Assalamualaikum Wr.Wb
Welcome back to my blog, I hope all is well

At this meeting in the same subject but different material, namely "Previewing from a book cover" here we are given the cover of a book, namely The Autobioraphy Of MALCOLM X, next we asked to read to find information based on the questions given. There are 14 activities that are carried out and most of them are in the form of quizzes, this activity is quite heavy for me to do.

After that we are also told to look for books, and use some predictions and find out as much as possible about the book and then record it through podcasts.  Then we were also given reading texts such as Long live women and Poles and then asked questions with a timeframe, so before answering the question we read the text first because after we finish reading and start answering questions we can no longer look back at the reading it's a text so here we have to remember every information described.

Maybe this is all I can say
Thank you and see you on my next blog

JOURNAL 2

Assalamualaikum Wr.Wb
Good morning everyone, back again on my second blog.

In this morning's learning there is no virtual meeting. Because the lecturers in this course have a little more urgent work. So we just fill in the presence link in Syam Ok and do activities about "Scanning". Where Scanning itself is a very high speed reading. When you scan, you have a question in mind. You don't read every word, only the words that answer your question. Practice in scanning will helps you learn to skip unnecessary words so you can read faster.

In this scanning exercise, Miss Novy gave some media along with some questions as material to learn and hone our scanning speed. Here I really have to be careful in looking for answers because it contains a lot of lists and it takes time to find answers to each question. And especially if the scanning task is not in the form of a table list but in the form of an article, it will take a considerable amount of time to find the right answer.

Maybe this is all I can say
Thank you and see you on the next blog

JOURNAL 1

Assalamualaikum Wr.Wb
Hello everyone, how are you? After a long time we finally get to meet again with the same lecturer but with different subjects.
I hope all of you are well.
Well, on this occasion I want to tell a little about today's meeting.

In semester 3, the learning process is still carried out using an online system, where the Interpretative Reading course uses an application called Teams as a learning medium.

This morning, Miss Novy gave us an activity to look for books and then summarize them, after that we made a podcast so we could share what books we read with others.
Our.

Maybe just this from me
Thank you and see you on the next blog

FINALLY DONE

Hello my friends, without us knowing it, it turns out that we are at the end of the meeting where at the beginning of the lecture we make an appointment for the teaching and learning process to take place.  Then after that work on the quizzes in Syam Ok starting from the easy to the most difficult with various materials to working on the final questions which are divided into task sections, namely A, B and C. Each quiz has a time and a difficulty level.  different.  In the first final quiz I got a pretty good score, while in the next two final quizzes I got good scores, only I repeated it once.  But I am satisfied with the value I got.

During this semester I learned a lot of new things starting from preparing myself to start everything, disciplining myself so that I was on time according to the applicable regulations, being more efficient in managing time, being more patient in dealing with existing problems.  This semester there are many things that I don't know to know about, as well as many difficulties that I faced.  Even though I'm happy, even though it's not as easy as someone might imagine.  However, I feel very happy and I also thank the lecturers who have been very patient in dealing with all the things that are unfavorable from me and my friends, providing motivation, enlightenment, insight and helpful words.  us to always be strong in the things we face.

That is all and thank you:"))

JOURNAL 13

 Welcome back to my blog✨

This Unit discusses the Short Dialogue Strategy which has 4 tasks to do.  the first is "Focus on the last line", the second is "Choose answers with synonyms" and the third is "Avoid similar voices" and the last is Quiz.  In each quiz, we are given 15 minutes for the processing time.  Hear the audio then understand what the problem is being explained by the person.  Suppose there are two people who are talking and we have to answer what the last person meant.  In the first quiz, I repeated it up to twelve times because I only answered carelessly because the audio sometimes didn't want to open because the network conditions in the area were not good.  But for the next quiz, thank God I didn't repeat it more than five times because my network had improved and I could hear the audio, because at that time I was in the next village which had a pretty good network connection.  In my opinion, this assignment is quite difficult from before, because I had to repeat the audio several times in order to understand the meaning of what was being said.  My head hurts because I have to sit at my laptop from morning to night to do this quiz.  From the problem that quite a lot of people also have to understand and listen carefully to the audio in order to answer the choices provided, because we cannot review the answers to the existing quizzes and we cannot know where and which questions are not in accordance with the intention.  of the question.  But it's also training for me to understand and listen well.
